Just avoid eating is not a wise way for lose weight because skipping
meals bring about many problems such as binge, stomach disorder and so on.
I’d like to talk about how to reduce our appetite when we need to
control our diet. These tips are working well based on my experiences.
Tip 1. Eat
breakfast!
I know some people think morning is not a good time to eat something. So
they skip their breakfast. According to a research performed by Bath University
in England, eating breakfast is beneficial to activate our brain and to prevent
constipation.
Tip 2. Drink a
cup of water before start a meal.
Drinking a cup of water can help to reduce feeling of hunger so that it
makes us eating less.
Tip 3. Talk !
Talk! When we have a meal~
If possible, try to talk during meal time. It is also a helpful way to
reduce amount of eating foods.
Tip 4. Don’t go
shopping when you are hungry!
I heard many time this and I also have experiences regarding this. One
day, when I was starving, I decided to go shopping because my fridge was empty
that time. After I finished shopping, I realized I bought too much and then I
ate too much ..
Tip 5. Here are
foods to help you eat less!
1) When you eat something more, eat sour things such as lemon and lime. Sourness
can help to reduce your appetite.
2) Do something like exercise, house chores, shower etc..
3) Use blue color plates when you have a meal.
