Today, I gonna discuss about 'Turtle neck syndrome' which is forward head posture. People do this poor neck posture during watching TV, using computer or even sleeping. Also most people do not realize that their posture is poor and this can cause chronic pain and damage nerves. According to medical website, whenever neck 1 inch goes forward, it results from 4.5kg of weigh on the neck.
